Limitations and Assurance Boundaries

The canonical source of truth for the proxy's limitations and assurance boundaries is the root LIMITATIONS.md file.

It details the project's limits regarding:

• Detector accuracy (false positives / false negatives)
• Storage, memory, and performance overhead
• Cryptographic key custody boundaries
• Streaming rehydration edge cases
• Compatibility with upstream providers and MCP
• Audit evidence maturity

No feature documentation page should be interpreted as superseding or broadening the assurance boundaries defined in the root LIMITATIONS.md file.
